Open Gym & Jam Schedule

Summer 2025

-We will provide apparatuses for open gyms or you can bring your own. Please arrive 5 minutes early. All sessions are 70 minutes. You can warm up while your apparatus is rigged.


Open Gym

  • Sun 9:45-10:55a, 1:25-2:35p & 3:55-5:05p.

  • Mon 1:10-2:20p, 7:40-8:50p.

  • Tues 8:30-9:40a, 1:10-2:20p. & 7:40-8:50p

  • Wed 8:30-9:40a, 1:10-2:20p. 7:40-8:50p

  • Thur 1:10-2:20p.

  • Fri 1:10-2:20p, 6:25-7:35p & 7:40-8:50p.

  • Sat 10:00-11:10a, Sat 1:50-3:00p, 4:40-5:40 & 5:45-6:55p.

 

Work on skills that you have learned in class, build strength, work on choreography all while hanging out with awesome people.  Ages 12+ (younger students may be allowed with enough experience and guardian supervision, contact us to check). Must have some aerial experience. STUDENTS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO TEACH OTHER STUDENTS NEW TRICKS.

Shared Points: You can share a point with a friend for an additional $10. Make sure one person is signed up online to hold the point. The second person will get signed up and charged $10 by the Open Gym proctor. (Or you can also ask them to use an existing open gym package if you prefer.)

 

Rope Jam

Sundays 3:55-5:05p

 

This is not an instructor lead class but more of a group collaborative sharing, exploring, and training experience on the rope. Must have previous rope or fabric experience intermediate/advanced levels. Ages 16+.

 

Trapeze Jam

Saturdays 5:45-6:55p

 

This is not an instructor lead class but more of a group collaborative sharing, exploring, and training experience on the trapeze. Must have previous trapeze experience intermediate/advanced levels. Ages 16+.
